The annual SZENARIO-Con took place in Hackenheim, near Bad Kreuznach, from January 12 to 14, 2024. With around 300 guests, the event was very well attended. We met many old and new friends and had a lot of fun. A big thank you at this point to the organizers.
While we presented a large Air Raid 36/46 carrier battle between the USA and the Empire of Japan in 2023, this year's air battles took place over the desert of North Africa. Macchi MC.200 Saetta and Messerschmitt Bf-109E of the Axis powers competed against Hawker Hurricane of the Royal Air Force and Curtiss P-40 Warhawks of the Royal Australian Air Force.
On Sunday, we tested Heinkel He-111 medium bombers escorted by Focke-Wulf Fw-190A in four air battles, while North American P-51D Mustangs attacked them.
It was a really very successful weekend.
